Today, nothing is available made specifically for the Fox.

I have been receiving more and more e-mails asking where body kits and other such parts can be obtained, hence I've put up this page.

If you want a body kit, spoiler or other such parts, you will have to get creative (or lucky).  You will have to either adapt something designed for another car or universal application, or be lucky in finding original made-for-Fox parts.  You can also check eBay, as there are some parts from Brazil available now and then.  Fitment may be an issue, due to different bumpers and headlight setup on North American models.

Companies such as Kamei, Wings West and others do sell universal-application parts, which may or may not fit a Fox.

And as always, be sure to check local auto recycling yards for Foxes with parts already on them.

Here is all I know that was available at one point, in North America:
• Original "Autobahn" accessories, directly from VW dealerships:
• Front airdam
• Side skirts (both 2d/wagon and 4d)
• Rear trunk spoiler (2d and 4d only)
• Rear trunk luggage rack (2d and 4d only)
• Rear window louvre (2d and 4d)
• "VW Motorsport" kit
• Only 3 of these kits were ever produced, but were never available to the public.  One uninstalled kit remains in existence.
• .Erebuni
• They used to make separate kits for 2d/wagon and 4d models.  Long discontinued.  Rumours are that they'll make them again if at least 3 complete kits are ordered.  Be warned, though, I've heard they are very heavy and require body work to install.
• IMPORTANT:  I am not hoarding any of these parts, I do not have any connections to getting any of them, and if I do come across any I will spread the word.

Here is what I know has been done, using various parts:
• A3 VW lower bumper spoiler
• The lower black plastic piece from an A3 Golf/Jetta can be used on a Fox.  It has to be flipped upside-down and trimmed for width.  Mounting it is done with screws directly into the bottom edge of the front bumper.
• Chevy S-10 front spoiler (from a mid-1980s model)
• This is a black piece of plastic that can be mounted to the lower edge of the Fox front bumper with screws, and only needs to be trimmed for length along the sides (by the wheels).
• Nissan Sentra front clip
• I have heard of someone swapping over a complete Nissan Sentra front clip onto a Fox.  I have no idea what was involved, or how it looks.
• A1 VW bumper cover
• An aftermarket A1 Cabriolet/Rabbit front bumper cover has been fitted to a Fox, albeit with no rebar.  Looks good, but offers no collision protection.  The same car has an aftermarket Nissan "phantom" grille installed.
• A3 VW front bumper cover
• A stock A3 Jetta front bumper cover has been fitted onto a Fox.  I am waiting for pictures and information regarding how this was done.
• Ford Probe front bumper (cover?)
• I saw this one in an online version of the Auto Trader.  Research yielded the fact that the piece came off an early Ford Probe, but how it was mounted is unknown.
