Why upgrade?

The more you can see around your car, the safer your driving will be.  The Fox, and any car for that matter, looks a lot more "balanced" with 2 exterior rear view mirrors.

• The passenger side rear view mirror from another VW Fox, reagardless of body style or year.
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Flat head screwdriver

Assuming one has already procured the passenger side mirror, the install is very simple.

• Roll passenger window down and grab one phillips and one standard screwdriver.
• With flat blade, pry off inside trim/cover to expose three phillips screws.
• Unscrew these screws and pull outer trim piece off.
• Keep little triangular plastic seal.
• Hold new mirror up in place of outer trim piece and poke remote adjuster through hole.
• Hook up three screws and basically put all the screws and seal back in place.
• Put rubber boot andremote adjuster knob back on once final inner trim piece is installed.
• It is simple!  If you can drive a car, you can do this upgrade. :)
